For 57 mil I thought it was gonna be a lot bigger too
most of the expense is probably due to the location
it seems like a pretty modest crib for that pricerange
Yeah I hear what you're saying but I don't think most buyers look at real estate as art.
A client of mine just bought one of Frank Lloyd Wright's crib for under one million this year. I'd rather have a $60 million dollar art piece that will be valued at $600 million before i die. But I'm also not a billionaire lol
Oh, interesting. What accounts for the low price?

3 buyers had backed out after a stretch of like 8 months so they really wanted to sell it
Does anyone know the neighborhood?
You want the address and house number aswell mate?
Seems small for that price but the architecture will bump it massively
ye does homes like no one else

frank's buildings are notorious for being pieces of s***, dude will have to spend a million dollars a year fixing the place
when i buy my 57 mil home i will not have neighbors that close 2 me
This is sus, very uncomfortable, also they killed the beach fitting all these private homes there

some homes designed by crazy architects and artists end up being less desirable to buy because they're such a pain to maintain and not that great to live in. There was one in arizona i forgot the name of but it looks ridiculously cool and nobody wants to buy it because as a home it's not that good

That’s my whole issue with looking at a home as art

dude, frank in particular is bad. a billionaire bought ennis house, prob the 2nd most famous wright building after fallingwater, for 4.5 million in 2011. he sunk $17 million into trying to save it before giving up in 2018.
been thinking about this house alot interesting to see this update
thought he might of sold it or sum
