No, that link was for the primary in KY referring to them releasing some election night votes, but needing the next week to finish counting mail in votes.

In this case, the website literally just generated random numbers. That’s why Amy McGrath has 1 million votes. KY has only been voting for like 2 days, I don’t think 1 million people have even voted yet in KY
