There’s a lot of ways to make it easier. Idk if you drink soda or s*** like that but try to avoid anything with a lot of sugar. That’s the s*** that will get you.
You can always eat more proteins as well, that is lower in sugar in comparison to carbs like bread and rice and s*** and helps you stay more full over the course of a day.
You can do calorie counting too which helps you see what you’re eating and how much and then you’ve an try to adjust it dependent on what your fitness goals are too
Yeh I cut them out, only one at the weekend but I pretty much only drink water anyway.
Deffo need to lower the carbs and up the protein and deffo work on portion size. Being used to eating big meals it’s tough and drinking a lot with a meal still makes me full but in my mind I know I can carry on eating if that makes sense?
