I think the stage is clear for CLB
The Ye album will not be getting anything close to critical acclaim. I am a big Kanye and Drake fan and I was genuinely looking forward to the Ye album. It may take a while for DONDA to grow on me when it releases on streaming platforms. But I do think Justin LaBoy was exaggerating a bit based on his tweets.
I don’t think Drizzy will be feeling any pressure whatsoever to make any last minute edits after Ye’s drop.

Deffo need to lower the carbs and up the protein and deffo work on portion size. Being used to eating big meals it’s tough and drinking a lot with a meal still makes me full but in my mind I know I can carry on eating if that makes sense?

I think the problem from what it sounds like is you aren't eating until you aren't hungry, you are eating until you are full.
Try to work on just eating until you aren't hungry anymore and then having a bit longer durations between meals and see if that helps. That will most likely help you not overeat and s***.
