Had no reason to put them on any other project except 808s, and at the time I don't think he emotionally could've dealt with hearing his dead mom's voice and putting it on his project

they were recorded when she was around and then she shockingly died. he was prob terrified to listen to them for years and had no reason to release them to the public unless he felt like it
