Because it was never finished (imo). The album release has been all about process from the listening parties to the stem players and we're still in the process of its creation.

I would agree with you if I didn’t hear the songs uncensored several times before release. What the hell was the point if we already heard it. If we had heard it with the censors initially, that might’ve been less annoying.
