I've just compared Robocop so far and it appears "V1" is just louder (a lot less dynamic range which is bad) and it's also missing higher frequencies. When comparing stuff like this it's advised to match the volumes perfectly

"V2" appears to be what "V1" used as a source for mastering it loudly and giving it a tiny bass boost

I'm so amazed by this leak really, what an incredible album plus we were blessed with a FLAC of a version that wasn't squashed in mastering, 48kHz too

I'll have to give v2 a proper listen with the volume actually cranked - the few tracks I checked out actually sounded like the vocals were mixed too low, but I'll admit I had the volume down while was multi-tasking at the time.

I been waiting for the CDQ of this since we saw the footage! Amazing performance of an amazing album
