e tDonda tracks hit way harder for me as standalones than they do in album form. I almost never listen to Donda in full anymore but if any track from it shuffles into my playlist, it’s ultra hard every time.
Different from 808s or Yeezus where I HAVE to listen to the whole album every time.
this is interesting I would argue this has everything to do with how differently music is consumed in DSP era
