Sick is definitely not better than yeezus lol
An album with great rapping and solid production>an album with ass water rapping and god level production for me personally
I think they’re on about the same level tho
Having me blocked and still posting about me

I, without exaggeration, listen to a minimum of 2 hours of lil Wayne per day while at work. Ye may be the GOAT at music, but Wayne remains the best rapper alive
I forgot Feet of Clay cause that’s kind of EP tier, fair enough tho that project is on the level of the Ye duds
Sick is better than anything from Ye in the past decade including Yeezus imo
I think most would agree Earl has been more consistent the past decade. But certainly Tyler and Kendrick washed Ye the last decade, as long as we can all agree on that

The only people who think Kanye had the best music of the 2010s started listening to rap in the 2010s

I do think Ye’s albums are the best produced of the decade
The raps and Ye’s vocals will always drag them down for me. If it only had the features then maybe it would be different

if we did 2012-2021 i might say Kendrick since GKMC is barely on the cutoff
but if we do 2010-2019 I'd have to still say kanye since MBDTF is still there

Yeah agreed that it becomes a lot closer if we go back to 2010. But as god level as MBDTF is, pretty much all of the other Ye albums are solidly below GKMC, TPAB, and possibly even DAMN, S.80 and untitled. Having MBDTF helps a lot but it’s tough to stack the rest of the albums against those Kendrick ones. It’s close but Ye could take it if we count WTT

i don't think kanye's raps are that lacking post-mbdtf, it's just a few bars here and there are atrocious lol. i guess it depends on how much a bleached a****** line is going to drag down the whole song to any particular listener when the rest is fine, which is fair.
but i'd say
mbdtf > tpab
yeezus = gkmc
pablo = damn
wtt/ksg/donda > s80 / uu / black panther
ye/jik > bad blood feature
i certainly wouldn't hate on anyone that said kendrick had the best music of the 2010s though. i do think it is pretty close. those two definitely had my favorite overall output of the last decade. if we talk strictly rapping i'd say kendricks was the best but not overall output.
and after damn i really thought Kendrick was easily going to go down as the GOAT rapper, but the disappearing act has put that in jeopardy and I don't know if he wants to keep rapping long enough for him to take that title

also I had to go look this post up that you made that stuck with me a long time ago that's applicable here

that last paragraph is really spot on
