As I said, I wouldn't be shocked if Apple and Spotify didn't allow him to host a new album there.
At the very least though, he absolutely won't be getting any front pages, banners, or promo from them.
And I think he'll do something. But nothing that's enticing enough for anyone relevant in the industry.
