Well yeah you're right, Kanye does seek help for songwriting but mostly he decides the flow. The process is making a mumble demo -> Writer makes a reference track -> Kanye re-records this time with lyrics or gets another writer to make another ref track (Alien was stuck at this step, Kanye never actually recorded even after getting over 10 ref tracks made for it) -> Kanye re-records for a release ready version.
The tracks KayCyy made are kind of exceptions as usually Kanye is the one to make a mumble demo 1st and then assigns his writers to work on them.

He has released some singles on his soundcloud here and there which are decent but for the most part, no. He hasn't dropped an album yet, he's been saving material for the debut project which he's been delaying for over a year due to Donda delays. He originally was gonna drop after Donda release but then Ye removed him off of the album so he basically changed the whole album and removed all Ye prod. and delayed everything. He recently linked up with Ye again and might go back to the original direction.

Yes, Ye had announced him on the roster of YZY Sound but his releases have been under BuVision.

Not much, picks beats from some soundcloud kids (getting producer credit), does mumble demos so CyHi and bros can fill them in, picks the best version, then changes Detroit to Chicago or some s*** to get writing credit.

Then goes on show to brag about how he wrote Kaycyy's song.
