I know this list is objectively correct because he ranked Vegas over LA. When you go outside of the strip, and chat with people (way more black folk than anything I've seen in Cali btw) they all came from the Midwest and South, everywhere and basically brought the cuisine with them. The catering industry is super competitve so every food spot is trying to be THE food spot and you can taste it's so good. I absolutely love Vegas.

New York got best food and diversity hands down,

NOLA and LA got their cultural specialties on lock (cajun and mexican respectively)

problem with eating in New York is that all the best cheap eats are underground fr and u p much gotta know someone in the neighborhoods like a Jackson heights or some s***

if u rank New York food off the tourist s***, its not even top 10 probably compared to some of these other spots now that they're tryna get more people to come thru

just the other day I walked into some random Nepal restaurant after a shoot and it was fire, I never had that regions food before and it was really good, but most hype thing was being able to eat a full ass complete meal for $10

its s*** like that, I just dont see other cities having outside dense multicultural cities outside the states like Paris
