not mad at Houston being 2nd to New Orleans

  • As a Houston native, Houston is top 1 respectfully. Just went to New Orleans and the food is solid but it ain’t better than Houston. He might have a preference for that style of cooking tho

  • Chicago before new york? I gotta disagree.

oh he said he didn't even feel like he got the New York experience

problem with eating in New York is that all the best cheap eats are underground fr and u p much gotta know someone in the neighborhoods like a Jackson heights or some s***

if u rank New York food off the tourist s***, its not even top 10 probably compared to some of these other spots now that they're tryna get more people to come thru

I feel like if u really go to some crazy restaurants in queens, you know what's real

just the other day I walked into some random Nepal restaurant after a shoot and it was fire, I never had that regions food before and it was really good, but most hype thing was being able to eat a full ass complete meal for $10

its s*** like that, I just dont see other cities having outside dense multicultural cities outside the states like Paris

    Jackson Heights

Queens my favorite part of NY and the food a big reason why

only place that should be above New York is Chicago and even then I only say that bc so many niggas d*** ride Chicago food and its cheap

New York got best food and diversity hands down,

NOLA and LA got their cultural specialties on lock (cajun and mexican respectively)

honestly can't even fathom how Houston is top 3

Not going to rank em but Houston is extremely slept on, as diverse or more diverse than any part of the country and the food benefits greatly because of it, incredible place to eat

honestly if you see the type of s*** he eats and hypes up you’ll know that this doesn’t mean much.

love what he’s done for small/independent restaurants but he got the taste buds of a high school stoner.

New Orleans shouldn't be considered as a good food city btw. Yes you can indeed find some of the best food you'll ever taste there, but you can also find just as much of the worst s*** on earth that most people wouldn't consider food

how would you even measure some s*** like this unless you’ve actually lived in that city for a while and are a real EATER

  • like I know most people are going to these cities for a weekend, eating out at some restaurants and then thinking they have a say in which city is better

when all these cities have a million ppl and so diverse you’re literally gonna find anything you want and ppl cooking there ass off everywhere

it’s all the same tbh unless you’re talking ab specific foods

Terrible take. When you look at their signature/staple foods it’s kinda hard to not put them as a top city

  • keith getting cooked in here lolz

  • still think buffalo should be on there

  • how Boston not in the top 10

  • Goldmenace

Damn Houston food really like that ? Going this summer for sure

Houston benefits from being close to Louisiana/New Orleans

Gumbo, bananas foster, jambalaya, po boys... I mean these are good, maybe even amazing sometimes, but not absolute top tier stuff.

The best thing i ever ate in New Orlenas was a muffuletta sandwich from a side street deli though.

Meanwhile you can also go there and walk into a restaurant that has a line out the door and you server comes up to your and says: "Thanks for joining us today. Did you come here to try our world famous deep fried hot sauce horse turd that was invented here in 1798?"

Yeah im confused about this too lol. Maybe cause of the super expensive but really extravagant buffets at the nicer casinos?

  • LA is a top 3 food city. This guy really went there to eat only f***ing burgers and mac n cheese
