Hotline Bling was a solo Drake single not attached to any prior project that was added to Views. He could have added 0-100 to IYRTITL as well and it would have been the same thing, why? Because that's a solo song with no home album so it being added to an immediate album won't be seen as a big deal.

Again, if Kendrick added the Heart Part 5 to the album originally, no one would say he did it to boost streams. Why what he did stands out is because he's adding it TWO WEEKS later. It's like how Nicki added her song with 69 to her album back in 2018 so it could go Gold. It was only called out because she did it weeks later.

Both situation are very different. They're not at all the same thing. I don't know what's so hard to get about that.
