This new excuse aint gonna work bud. if people like the album it will keep selling good numbers. Best example: Morgan wallen got cancelled a month into releasing his new album in 2021. and what happened? man went quiet but his stats rose and the album stayed in the top 5 for a long ass time until he started promoting it again after a year. also yes Dawn fm has support from the tour but did it have any hit singles this year? No, yet the album is still top 40.
Note: I have nothing against Gunna and love his music. Space Cadet a classic !!
Morgan, Weeknd, Bunny are on tour. Any artist except Kendrick will see a boost in streams from a tour

After Hours Til Dawn Tour started 7/14/22. Starting the first full week after the tour started, Weeknd has been selling more than Gunna weekly. I think it's a safe assumption that Weeknd's sales jump past 4 weeks is directly related to the tour.

Not at all. Just saying I think that is why he's ahead these past few weeks. You responded to someone saying that it's an "excuse" when it seems true.
Weeknd can promote, but his album still isn't bigger than Gunna's, as that near 200K overall sales gap shows. Gunna won the "battle" and the "war"
