Those are high numbers but Drake still regards those projects, despite their success, as side projects. They don't count as official studio albums in his discography. That's the whole point lol.

For years it was credited as Kendrick, SZA. & The Weeknd. All that’s for is to put the biggest artist’s name on it for promotion, that’s it.

Kendrick is a credited lead artist on 5/14 songs on Black Panther. 35% of the project.

Drake is the credited lead artist on 20/22 songs on More Life.

More Life is an entry into Drake’s solo discography. For Kendrick, Black Panther is not.

In the big three situation, Cole is 100% number 2, without a doubt.

It's the same thing with the Lion King soundtrack album. Beyoncè fans wanna remove her from the album because it flopped but it was literally marketed as a Beyoncè album with various artists. She's on a lot of songs on the album and was the executive producer of the album. Same with Future and the Super Fly soundtrack album.

The difference between More Life and IYRTITL/WATTBA/DLDT is that we didn't have months to speculate on their release because Drake never confirmed anything until right before they dropped. If he had announced them months later, you'd be saying the same thing about them that you're saying about More Life right now lol.
