if you value longevity then Carnival is the biggest rap hit in years at this rate surely, maybe since Sicko Mode?
i think the song's terrible so I don't get it
Life Is Good streams:
week 6 - 39.8m
week 7 - 43m
week 8 - 35.6m
week 19 - 27.9m
week 20 - 23.1m
week 25 - 19m
week 38 - 13.2m

week 2 - 24.5m
week 3 - 32.5m
week 4 - 33.6m
week 5 - 30.3m
Wait For U
week 6 - 31.3m
It’s been in the Top 3 for four straight weeks and shows no signs of slowing down at all. Its’ streams have only gone up week after week
they literally are dropping 😭
Yeah but why isn't she an album seller? what separates Ariana and Taylor in terms of the huge disparity in their streaming numbers? surely they're extremely similar audiences
Not at all Arianna makes more r&b and hip hop influenced pop and so her audience is more in vein of that versus Taylor whose audience is still after all these years the kinda of audience that buys albums from country music.
Bro its been #1 one week.. you guys are DRAGGING how big it is lol.
It's been in the top 5 for weeks
And grew then reached #1
Stop downplaying it just cuz u hate Kanye lol
Lovin on Me has performed a lot better and I don't see y'all giving it any credit for how well it's performed.
80m from radio play
Obv it's gon do good with the. Pushing it like that
Lovin On Me will probably have better billboard performance tbh but streaming wise I can't think of anything else that was still doing 2.6m a day on US Spotify a whole month after release, these aren't normal numbers
im bored so.. a month after release:
The Box: 2.7m
Carnival: 2.6m
Paint The Town Red: 1.7m
Rich Flex: 1.3m
Lovin On Me: 1.3m
IDGAF: 1m
Jimmy Cooks: 0.9m
I Know?: 0.8m
FE!N: 0.7m
the box the only one I can think of after looking into it
80m from radio play
Obv it's gon do good with the. Pushing it like that
The whole point is that it's a way bigger hit that Carnival on the Billboard charts. Streaming isn't all that counts. Radio also counts. You can't discredit it as a hit because it's a record that worked on radio.
@dreamville

Where's this data even from? Wait For U doing 31m/week in week 6 when it was "only" doing 7m a week on spotify doesn't add up considering Carnival is doing 20m on Spotify but according to you only 30m total

Yeah I don't buy this, 2 years ago everyone said pop will never stream and then Taylor came along and proved that wrong
they also said Country will never ever stream and it's completely dead and now Morgan is doing Taylor numbers and will probably have the highest streamed album of the decade
