Never said that, my point is a bigger song (with other criteria such as it being in the same genre, same access/exposure, and a couple other things) is “better”. There’s a reason a song/album get more listens… its because people think it’s better lol
If Drake dropped song A and song B, both are rap songs, song A gets 1m listens, song B gets 100k listens, song A is (by general consensus) better.

You’re making it more simple than it is tho. Songs with mainstream appeal are easily digestible songs. Are a lot of them replayed a lot cause the people fw them? Yeah but it’s also cause they’re accessible to people who don’t care about music like that
