yep thegreatdivine will prob think im dumb for saying this but I really think he'll just slowly become a legacy act if he stays on his current path, not that there's anything wrong with that, he's literally been at the top for like 14 years
he’s definitely benefited from the fact that young rap superstars don’t rly care about the throne like that
a mixtape or blog-era rapper would’ve definitely capitalized on this moment of weakness from the #1 guy
This song sucks man, sad Drake wasted a good verse trolling
It's his best since NWTS
What makes you say this. It's extremely boring and uninspired.
FATD his worst album by far
Drake does indeed stink but he has far worse projects than FATD
In before the drake stans proclaim this as a Drake W
I don['t even think this is a problem with Drake though it seems people care way less about features now vs a few years ago
Sexy is just not good on the song. Drake slid

I love the Drake with the melodies

Brave of you to assume it's that easy to be the #1 guy.
drake’s career obviously isn’t over, but he can’t keep acting like he’s not in the hot seat right now
he NEEDS to come back strong with something undeniable. that standard 2020s formula won’t hit the same anymore. and im saying this as someone whose enjoyment of FATD is well-documented
He doesn't need to do s***. None of the new school rappers make music as good as he does. Even his worst albums are better than theirs. No one puts up bigger numbers. No one is a bigger name and a bigger topic of conversation.
It's very silly to assume he needs to prove himself to anyone after running the game for longer than anyone else ever has. He just needs to keep making whatever music he wants to make. Those who f*** with it will f*** with it and those who won't, won't. He's passed the point of pleasing anyone. Niggas will hate whatever he does anyways so he might as well do whatever he wants.

If he's a legacy act or will become a legacy act then what's to be said about his peers and the rest of the rap game? You and your dumb takes.
This is also why I'd like him to abandon rap for years. He doesn't even need to leave music. Just leave rap. Make an R&B or pop album and leave rap to figure itself out without your input and you constantly carrying.
