I';d agree if he was going for a normal Kendrick rollout but he's doing a lot for this one, the show he's doing next week is being livestreamed for free. he's clearly capitalising on all of the hype & it's gonna cause him to be talked about everywhere.
Half of Kendrick's albums are pop rap so I wouldn't put it past him at all
I don't understand why you're acting like 400k is crazy lol, all he needs is a 30% streaming boost on Mr Morale (so 335k streaming units) and then a 100% boost in physicals and he's at 400k.
Mr Morale didn't have vinyls or CDs. His fanbase eats that s*** up. DAMN has sold millions in physicals alone. He'd probably sell 100k+ in physicals alone FW if Vinyls/CDs are available first week
