Album doing CLB numbers if u put it into context. Real numbers watchers know that
Nasty cope.
Well call me silly then cause I wasn't anticipating an album that was never even announced as was most normal people
Literally that morning I did not wake up thinking “man I’m hype for this Kendrick album dropping soon”, it came out of absolutely nowhere
kendrick is rly f***ing massive now lmao
trying to think of a pop star besides taylor, pre-2024 drake and adele that could pull streams like this off a surprise album. so what tier is he now? definitely a decent step above the olivia/billies of the world at this moment
He’s probably the biggest rapper right now. I wonder how long he can sustain it though
Tyler coming off the biggest beef ever?
No physicals or bundles lol promo. Are you dumb. If this had a week of hype yall would be crying still
300k no bundles is amazing
Kendrick is really on top
no bundle, a surprise drop the morning after other drops.
You are an idiot if you were expecting that many streams for a 12 track album
400mil streams was not far off how is that being an idiot, i projected that based off first 2 day numbers (before sunday numbers), used typical sunday percentage decrease on average and monday gains
And factored kenny in at a 50/50 split between AM and spotify.
I got 380-400mil streams, which would have put him at 300k off streams alone and then 30k physicals 330k
My bad bro i was off the mark by 30k sales
We putting Kenny on Tylers level now? what happened to him being top dawg selling over 700k
He is on top. 300k no promo or physicals lol you’re delusional
I genuinely don't understand how he's only doing 290k. He had a historic year with the craziest momentum I've ever seen. Feels like 500k was realistic.
It is genuinely not physically possible for a 12 track album to do 500K in streaming units in a single week. Only 18-20+ song albums reach that total in streams
I mean u genuinely think that if this was announced a week beforehand, it wouldn't do 400k+ ?
The surprise drop is only relevant for numbers when an artist comes out of nowhere to drop something
Kendrick has been everywhere the whole year, he had the best rollout in a long time

Niggas thought Kendrick was tucked up until the SB, this is coming out of nowhere.

400 million would’ve been the absolute ceiling, if everyone loved the album and played it nonstop. Somewhere between 325 and 350 was always the more realistic number, and that’s exactly what it ended up being
Kendrick "On top" yet cant even crack into the top 10 biggest hip hop streaming weeks
Yikes.

No 12 track album is in the top 10 streaming weeks are y’all dumb?
I’m genuinely worried for their mental well-beings when Drake’s next album sells less than this

Her loss has 4 more tracks and almost doubles in streams lol
