*only on Spotify
It’s #6 on Apple Music.
It finished #5 in streams in the US this week on the Hot 100
And Spotify is the main driver in streaming points + you don't know the exact numbers it got on AM.
But that's another discussion, as I didn't even touch on radio in my initial reply.
There are 4 songs that are doing better than NLU despite spending more weeks on the chart or close to the same amount of weeks. So no, it's not that impressive. It's good, decent. But not impressive
Y’all love pointing out the radio discrepancy for NOKIA and ignoring it for other songs.
Those 3 songs you named all did 38M+ on radio this week. Not Like Us only did 21M
NLU is like a year old it already peaked at like 50 million radio

Wrong.
Not Like Us finished below the following songs on US Spotify this week:
Dark Thoughts
EVILJ0RDAN
RATHER LIE
Anxiety
tv off
sports car
Timeless
And still had more overall US streams than every single one of them this week.
It is impressive considering that Not Like Us is still in the Top 10 without the same level of radio that those other 4 year-old songs are getting

3 songs finished higher than NLU on this week's H100 and they have spent more time in the top 10 than NLU. One has spent some weeks less but more time at #1 so that one has also done better than NLU.
Not impressive from NLU but decent.

Those 3 songs are all getting at least 38M+ of radio currently. Not Like Us is only getting 20M.
Very impressive from Not Like Us.

And? I did not comment on radio in the initial post I replied to and radio points count on the charts. Direct your cope towards Billboard, not me.
It’s all good
wow this is VERY IMPRESSIVE
When Kendrick and SZA take home 7 Grammys next year for Luther, 30 for 30 and AOTY…
AOTY
ROTY
SOTY
VOTY
Best R&B Song
Best R&B Performance
Best Melodic Rap Performance
And that’s not even including the rap categories where Kendrick is the frontrunner for Rap Song, Rap Performance, and Rap Album.
I feel like they wont give him that many. At most I can see is 4 to pass jayz or 3 to tie him.
They will probably give him rap album then luther or 30 for 20 will get 1 or 2. Then maybe aoty if they go that direction.

You are discounting it by saying it’s not impressive as 3 other songs.
I am giving context as to why it is still impressive when compared to those 3 songs.
You then pivoted and said that Not Like Us wouldn’t be in the Top 10 if radio was not counted, based on US Spotify numbers.
This was a complete lie, and I showed you numerous songs that streamed higher on US Spotify this week yet still finished with a lower overall US Stream count than Not Like Us did this week.
Is there somewhere else you want to shift the goalpost?

A lot of cope but it's expected.
You are not impressive if 4 out of 10 of your competitors are doing better than you.
Feel free to be impressed, I know it doesn't take much when you are new to this.
But I've seen some crazy Hot 100 top 10s and some crazy weeks where it took a lot to have the total amount of points needed to be able to enter, and this is not one of those. But you might learn a thing or two once you've been following the charts a bit longer.
Talk over.

All of these words and not an ounce of substance.
The song is still in the Top 10 a year after its release.
The fifth highest streamed song in the country a year after its release.
The 3 records you’re comparing it to are pop songs that still get massive play at radio; Not Like Us isn’t getting that anymore, yet it’s STILL keeping up with those songs based on its streaming performance alone.
Maybe the charts in your European country work a little differently, but here in America we like to use context when having numbers conversations. Perhaps there are some local or native artists that you can start supporting to become more knowledgeable about how everything works?
Get educated.
Next week not like us will be 47 weeks on billboard (longer than any Drake song / feature ever)

Not Like Us only spent 3 weeks at #1
Drake has 5 songs that have spent +8 weeks at #1
Only setting yourself up for failure when you are trying to compare buddy's commercial performances to Drake's

And yet he has zero songs that lasted more than 37 weeks on the Hot 100.
How is Not Like Us STILL in the Top 10 after a year and God’s Plan disappeared from the entire chart after 36 weeks?

I would rather get a payment of $100K every single month for a year straight than get a million upfront all at once
So drakes songs fell off while not like us is still in the top 10 after a year?
Damn, what a flop your song is if other flops that fell off quickly spent 3x the amount of time at #1 than your song
ToTC has Lose Control doing 3.7m more streams than Birds of a Feather despite Birds doing 1.8m more on Spotify, is higher on Apple Music & Deezer.
Youtube and Amazon
I would rather get a payment of $100K every single month for a year straight than get a million upfront all at once
It took Not Like Us 9 months to sell 8m units
It took God's Plan 5 months to sell 8m units
What happened
It took Not Like Us 9 months to sell 8m units
It took God's Plan 5 months to sell 8m units
What happened
It took God’s Plan another 15 months just to reach Diamond after hitting 8x Platinum
What happened
I guarantee Not Like Us goes Diamond well before that, considering the fact that it’s, y’know, still on the chart
Poor guy just keeps embarrassing himself
Poor guy just keeps looking stupid
Imagine going 8x Platinum in 5 months and then taking another 15 months to reach 11x Platinum
Definition of peak fast, crash hard
