Kanye is responsible for carving the lane for various rappers indirectly but in my personal opinion he doesn’t have as many sons as Wayne, who directly influenced an entire generation

Dude went multi platinum with substantial music, won awards and sold out tours. Legendary rappers and musicians in other genres admire him. There's a recent wave of kids who try to do what he does and don't even come close.

He'll go down as one of the greatest of the 2010's (all genres included not just hip hop) and one of the greatest hip hop artists ever. Like your personal opinion doesn't even matter at this point.
