Its whatever
No different than artists dropping loosies on youtube and s***
Wish it was soundcloud tho!
I do miss the SoundCloud loosie era
Taylor Made is so crazy still, can’t believe he really used Pac’s voice like that
niggas gassed that s*** up like no tomorrow too, that track really exposed just how irreverent and flippant Drake has become towards hip-hop over the years
We need a no-debated west coast victory!

If it was anyone else but Drake, they would’ve been done.
Kendrick seemed to take the most offense to Taylor Made above everything else.
Hate it because I don’t have IG
Just do YouTube to mp3 rip and throw it on whatever music streaming app you use manually.
Nobody is consistently using Instagram to stream those types of songs, if they are, they need to just download them cause that’s annoying as hell lol.
After listening to 6:16 in LA like 5 times on Instagram the day it dropped I just ripped that s*** and never looked back
I was a big em stan so riggamortis scratched the right itch ngl
Not to get too off topic, but what got you into French brother?
Same with me. Rigamortis was what made me a fan. First track I’ve heard from him was Recipe I think
first two tracks of mine too
i'll always remember randomly click on the rigamortis video and just thinking
this lil guy is rapping his ass off

People were like "brooo yall don't get it, he's disrespecting him with his childhood hero" like the greater implications of one of the biggest mainstream rap acts ever using AI to mimic a dead hip hop legend aren't dire.
Wouldn't be surprised if we started getting AI tracks for dead music legends in the near future
That’s how it starts then the next thing you know you’re following Dave free but not Mr Morale
I do miss the SoundCloud loosie era
kids today will never understand that Travis' best songs are soundcloud exclusives
My first exposure to Kendrick was ab-soul’s Long Term 2 project on his “Turn Me Up” feature

My boy from HS sent me Rigamortis and we fell off after school but he randomly hmu when this beef started up cause of Kendrick it was a dope experience for me. Felt like being in HS again
Melodrama is one of the exceptions for sure. But that was 7 years ago atp and he has moved in the wrong direction since.

🖤🫶🏾
Wacced Out Murals is still my favorite just because for me it feels like the perfect “2024 year in review” for Kendrick lol
All the ovhoes pulling those stunts thought they’d get under his skin but ended up just giving him free inspiration

I heard Shot Caller playing from a rooftop on a foggy night in Oakland walking around with my dad
not a big French fan but I'll always love that song
What’s crazier is the niggas that still try to act like that was a good diss track, let alone song
“Talk about him liking young girls!!”
That's a gift from me
a naive mistake like BIG dissing pac on a LA radio freestyle less than a year after his death
The arrogance and cockiness of Biggie, thinking he can blatantly diss Pac on the radio like this in his city, and get out of L.A. alive.

S*** was trash and when I knew he was gonna lose, 0 foresight completely for the moment move i was shocked when i saw people gas it
I will give him credit that he clearly got under Kendricks skin with it i dont think he was bothered by push ups or even family matters compared to taylor made

Culture vulture discussion aside what also is blatant in hindsight is that Drake at this point in the beef still showed a delusional amount of arrogance. Drake dropped some great tracks during the beef too but with the ego he has he was never gonna win, let alone against a Kendrick at his most calculated
Just so many stuff Drake said during the whole thing aged so poorly or was flipped against him that it’s kind of embarrassing to listen back to certain things. It sucks because i actually like the sound of all his diss tracks, I even liked the instrumental and how he flowed on his version of HP6 but that joint for example is the worst offender of all the tracks

I honestly think the Diddler dumbass put him up to it, IIRC BIG didn't want to go to the west coast and wanted to do an overseas tour in Europe instead
When BIG got on the radio, the station was receiving death threats but they weren't taken seriously
I think BIG chose to do that song as a freestyle because he was feeling himself rather than do another song
According to Lil' Cease, the intro to Long Kiss Goodnight was originally a scathing rant by B.I.G. going at Pac
heart part 6 chorus just on loop in my head rn
and i didn't even think i liked that part
