Skimmed through this thread and it's the same niggas annoyed about how the beef went making bad faith arguments, jesus christ
Telling you bro one button and this thread has been a peaceful conversation with differing opinions about the interview and not individuals making it about themselves
Non spiritual people confuse tf outta me.
And you don’t gotta believe in G-d to he spiritual but goddamn lol,
Some folks are so put off by being raised in a household where they were forced into religion and it soured their whole outlook on spirituality as a whole. I know a few, it's not that crazy tbh even though I'm aware spirituality is not 1:1 with religion

so where are you discussing Ye's forthcoming LP?
s*** came out like 2010 lmaoo
14 years after reasonable doubt dropped.
Niggas not realized this information age is what killed the superstar.
There was a time where you was hype to hear from the artist because it was rare they would do interviews like that.
That’s why I f*** with Kendrick not really doing em (plus, he never been like a great interviewer to begin with.)
Hilarious interview.
''This man has morals, he has values, he believes in something, he stands on something. He’s not pandering.''
Sure thing fella, the only big rapper that sends his albums to publications before release in order to get positive reviews on the day it gets released is definitely not pandering. The man who lied about some disgusting stuff has a lot of morals and values. The man who cheated on his childhood sweetheart with a white girl while being on tour has a lot of morals.
Him talking about dissociating on stage makes sense because last tour he was using the puppet for a bit...good metaphor
Understandable. Internet s*** will weigh on the spirit like nothing else lol
Either way hope you have a good day brother.
Oh I am good. Its the same as I can point out its funny to say f*** the industry but do Harpers BAZAAR . I laugh and move on its no deep dig. I am not hating its just funny to recognize the contradictions within ourselves and others
Niggas lowkey learned more about the Roc through niggas like Guru and Just Blaze than they did the artists themselves back then lol
Bruh I deadass always wondered “how did they get Jay-Z’s voice to sit so nicely within a beat”
One day I’m watching a Guru interview and he’s like ”yo, I’m about to show you some cool s***” nigga pulls up his compressor on his DAW and he’s like “when I work on Jay’s vocals I only really use a compressor and cut the highs and lows from his EQ. This what his compressor usually looks like”
Nigga showed the screen. I was like

Bruh I copied that s*** so fast and have used it ever since and it’s literally perfect
so where are you discussing Ye's forthcoming LP?
i havent tuned in to a new project since v1.
If ye wanna start using AI then I can gladly say bye (and that rhymed)
OH S*** THAT TOO
How is it fake to actually do these things
Its fake because I have said I do all these things and am berated with "schizo schizo" or mental illness used as an insult yet when Kendrick speaks on mental health many of you general care. You troll all day. But when Kendrick speaks on character you change your character.
Its fake because you DONT reflect what your PASTOR preaches
Oh I am good. Its the same as I can point out its funny to say f*** the industry but do Harpers BAZAAR . I laugh and move on its no deep dig. I am not hating its just funny to recognize the contradictions within ourselves and others
I wont lie, looking in the mirror and realizing im full of s*** about something really is funny as hell
Idk if he’s doing it consciously but Kendrick gotta stop painting himself as anti industry
At the most he would be a industry reformer
Hilarious interview.

Hailey Baldwin.
S: It’s very honest. Speaking of honesty and ego, have you done ayahuasca?
KL: I haven’t done it.
why would she do that
Was gifted a Quaran in 2020 . Part of why I am quitting drinking now and did Ramadan this year. The sense of connection and community is huge
I grew up Seven Day Adventist so never really had pork and my family is religious which is part of the reason for my music takes and how I came up listening to gospel not rap or rock for a while.
I have a different perspective and I respect its diferent. Even if as a kid I questioned the physical manifestation of God. I interviewed a homeless man over Harolds Chicken and we discussed religion including idea of God. A series I was doing to humanize the homeless was interviewing them and figuring out how they got from being a baby to where they were at
that truly helped me

yeah folks wonder how old artists were able to conjure up a superstar image and outside of the great music, this was a pretty big reason as to why

Gotta suggest what you practice, Fraudrick Lamar looking funny in the light
Strip that ego from the bottom
Hilarious interview.

The "hes not pandering" thing was definitely off putting. But you must realize the morals values character doesnt mean he is perfect but does mean he is vulnerable enough to recognize his faults on an album and in reality
Where as Drake wants a perfect image. he went at his perfect image with Not Like Us even though its not a song meant to be taken literally but Drake gave him the lay up with taylor made Joe Budden line so that is on him
I dont think hyperbole of pedophilia when Kendricks fans take it literal is good either way and would have loved if it either ended at Meet the grahams or kept going that direction back and forth
but Drake the fake DV claims got him here
having an abuser off is not a rap battle
