Probably yeah, tbh I never had the palette for anything else. I grew up in a rural area where a lot of my large familly owns/owned farms and stuff. So it was all fresh caught fish, moose, fresh vegetables and fruit. Growing up we rarely had fast food and now that i live in the city I can’t do it. When I travel and am stuck with it, it drives me nuts after 2 or 3 days. But it’s what we are meant to it, you’ll adjust!! Also seafood is crazy good. Oysters, muscles, buttery lobster, salmon. That s*** is nuts.

Travelling and having Popeyes and Taco Bell hit, i believe it. I still treat myself to burgers and pizza and stuff and enjoy them a lot. I just can only eat it on occasion and they give me a sickly feeling after. It tastes great, it just makes me feel sickly.
Haha just start slow, you learn one or two dishes, practise them and you’ll get them to a high level where you really enjoy them. Then slowly expand out to related stuff. Eventually youll be gutting squids and making pigs feet soup and all sorts of crazy stuff. It’s like any skill, nobody is good at first and you just have to work at it slowly. Lots of YouTube cooking channels that have lots of great suggestions and give you the underlying science too.

Yeah just start slow! Cooking when you’re not in a rush is a LOT of fun.
Like pop a chicken breast in the oven with some brown sugar, onions, garlic, cumin and some multi purpose spice mix that you get at a butchers shop. Put some olive oil on it first so the spice sticks. I like wrapping the chicken in aluminum foil so it keeps the juices in. Microwave a potato and put some butter on it. Get some frozen vegetables and just boil and steam them in 10 minutes and mix a bit of butter in with them after. Ready in 20 minutes, faster than if you ordered in. Requires absolute minimum effort.
You can do pretty much the same thing with frozen cod fish, catfish and a bunch of other seafood.
Frozen shrimp fried with some garlic butter and multi purpose spice mix, fry it in a pan for a like 6 minutes.
Even premaid ribs from the store you just pop in the oven.
Soup is the easiest thing in the world, lots of tutorials online for it

They’re so good man. It’s crazy. They hit like a primal hunger satisfaction or something lol. When I want one nothing hits like it.
ive definitely did the chicken breast/greens/some type of complex carb thing for a while that ive very much gotten used to the taste. ive just been seasoning everything different consistently, but eating out is a pain

Im not sure if yall feel like the weather has an effect on how hungry you feel, but over here its usually 100 consistently and the feeling to eat just isn't there ever if i lift tbh. i crave a peach or some pineapple over regular carbs right now

Yeah my favourite food ive ever had travelling is Mexican food. Those 1 dollar tacos from street vendors is just insane. Tbf a lot of street food is healthy in most places in the world. It’s really usa and canada and probably some European places that have the problem.
