I only wanted 4 years, but took a helmet to the neck with 4 games left my senior season. I had to rehab and go to JUCO to get my interest back and got my shoulder pulled out by a jealous teammate. I hung it up after that

I’ve learned over the years that you aren’t going to out work your diet so I completely changed things up. Started counting calories for a deficit or surplus depending on if I was trying to bulk or lose weight and started focusing on hypertrophy while lifting instead of just going to the gym to say I did it and became focused on hitting a daily protein goal, since those changes, my gains have been nuts. I’m probably the strongest I’ve ever been in my life and in the best shape ever now.

Caesar salad>>> also healthy food clears. You have to get fruit from a local farmers market, it tastes like candy. Fruit from the store is literally nothing like the real deal. It’s pretty gross, i don’t understand how people eat regular blueberries and strawberries and stuff. S*** is nasty if it’s not fresh and from a local spot. There are loads of ways to eat healthy and it taste good. Tbh I find most unhealthy food to be sickly and can only have it every now and then. Just cook your own seafood, spice chicken properly and get fire sauces, make soups, make sandwiches without processed meats, pastas and stuff are great. Theres so much out there. You don’t have to eat like a rabbit to eat healthy.

I agree but Doc said fruit you need to be in moderation and def don't od on cuz of the prediabetic status I just got lmaooo (every other male in my family has it). I def been loving strawberries bananas and grapes but I try to listen to doc and not have a lot

Haha just start slow, you learn one or two dishes, practise them and you’ll get them to a high level where you really enjoy them. Then slowly expand out to related stuff. Eventually youll be gutting squids and making pigs feet soup and all sorts of crazy stuff. It’s like any skill, nobody is good at first and you just have to work at it slowly. Lots of YouTube cooking channels that have lots of great suggestions and give you the underlying science too.
