Nah I’m ready to get back to my old s***. Since covid started I started meditating, went vegetarian, a got into a relationship.

When that vaccine drop I’m going back to eating booty in the club and eating hot wings with malt liquor in my bedroom.

why you wanna eat ass if you got a girl?

yeah i said the same thing, look back at my prior messages.i said some or most social things will come back but it will take about a decade for us to 100% rebuild to where we were. Also lets not act like either one of us know wtf we talking about, it's all obviously speculation

    Ur right

  • Dec 2, 2020

    same

  • Dec 2, 2020

I like working from home, that's the only thing I hope continues

looking forward to seeing friends and going out without the logistics of COVID tbh

  • Dec 2, 2020

Well you can stay inside while the rest of us go to concerts (AFTER HOURS TOUR!?), sporting events, and parties.

If anyone thinks it’s going to take a decade to get back to 2019 and before, that’s just fear mongering. Of course it will take some time but not as long as we though since we have vaccines on the way. Will everything be back to normal by the summer? Probably no. We will probably go back to normal by the end of the year.

Some things won’t be the same though. We still might have pexi glass in front of cashiers. Washing hands will hopefully be more common than before. Some movie theaters won’t make it. Besides Las Vegas, most buffets will die out.

People are acting like this is going to on forever. I would say the absolute latest would be third quarter of 2022.

This man said a decade y’all act like COVID is different from all the other pandemics we’ve had in human history, why would it take 10 years for things to go back to normal?

because they lowkey dont want things to go back to normal for some weird reason i cannot comprehend. weird attachment issue maybe

    hey man relax

because they lowkey dont want things to go back to normal for some weird reason i cannot comprehend. weird attachment issue maybe

Tbh of lot of guys on here may just be antisocial, so quarantine is a good excuse to stay home. I miss campus so bad tho, I need COVID to go away as soon as possible

  • Dec 2, 2020

I've been busier than ever throughout this, which I feel very grateful for, but I really want things to get back to normal so I can enjoy my free time fully.

I think there's an over estimation of how long things are gonna take to get back to normal. As soon as most people have the vaccine, or even just a good amount, it's gonna be open season.

It sounds like you just don't want new experiences

we don't appreciate what we've been through enough, but if you're spending that time making NEW memories and going through that journey, then it's time well spent. sounds like ur partially being scared OP

The age gap and lack of real world experience is so clear itt. You’ve got people on one side blasting anyone saying it’s gonna take a while to ever get back to normal.

I know you guys are balls deep in social causes (good for you) but there have been some absolutely detrimental economic impacts that we haven’t begun to deal with. Small business got absolutely railed during COVID. Small business is a huge part of the US economy.

The damage done for many has been irreversible. For many, it will take years and years to get back to “normal”. For just as many, there won’t be a normal anymore.

Like, idk I have had time to self-reflect and everything, and like I’m scared to go back. I don’t want all these pressures and expectations that have been on the back burner to come back.

literally been feeling the same way, I kinda dread a "reopening"
