They do a lot more standing around in this game too. The characters are less dynamic in general.

Like I said the Disney worlds and characters look great, and that's largely because of the individual direction for each world. But when they're in Yen Sid Tower or Final World or even Keyblade Graveyard.... it ain't the same.

Like I said, nine of the characters seem powerful or menacing in the cutscenes the way they used to. Melody of Memory and Back Cover and even 2.8 are just prime examples of where it just doesn't capture the spirit of KH

When they get to using UE5

Imagine someone remaking 1 & 2 in 3's engine/vice versa or someone remaking COM without those dumb cards

Lol think concept art is fine but it just did not translate as well as the others.

Yeah sometimes there are some rather static conversations but for most part I think it's fine and the more action oriented scenes look great. The endgame stuff especially looked fantastic including ReMind course.

Don't feel a more "meanacing" or "powerful" feel from the villians in the old cutscenes in comparison, the only differnece I thought was noticeable had to do with voice acting not looks. Thought 2.8 captured the KH feeling fine except for Dream Drop since it's terrible from most angles but 0.2 had that rough look at first too but they got it together and got the look and feel down even more for KH3. Back Cover does feel a bit different but that's mostly to do with the setting. And Melody of Memory short UE4 scenes was fine and showed off some nice action.
