I’ve been out of the loop what’s the dlc consist of ?

First there's going to be a free update that adds some new abilities, updates the main story, and adds Oathkeeper and Oblivion.

Then the paid ReMind part has the additional story where "just before heading to the final battle at the Keyblade Graveyard, Sora follows the hearts of the Seven Guardians of Light and experiences each Guardian’s battle."

The Limit Cut episode where you can fight Real Organization XIII like the data fights from KH2FM.

The Secret Episode that will have a boss fight.

A premium menu where you can mess around with diffculty options, that's where the fast pass and black code mode should be.

A slideshow mode that lets you recreate scenes and such.

And also you'll be able to play as different characters like Kairi, Roxas etc to some extent.

The supposed file size is 8 GB. The Japanese version with the orchestra is 22 GB, but they also have English dubs. I’m not sure how much this would account for. I think 8GB still seems like a good size as some of that could replace existing files.

Hopefully the 1.07 patch comes with balancing and Remind is strictly DLC.
