P***OS fried chicken wings w NO SAUCE but ask for their peanut sauce on the side
Bonchon (in the bay) high key overrated.
So much more crispy and satisfying and less greasy
it’s really crazy how crispy this s*** stays (when made right/from the right places)
I can leave this s*** in the fridge over night then Broil it the next day for a couple min and this s*** still crispy
different oil? diff breadcrumbs?
they double fry it and pretty sure they use a diff combo of flour/starch than USA fried chicken
