super saiyan 3 is an 8x multipler of super saiyan

now before we even start playing around with god ki we already have SSJ3 as a 400x multiplier of goku's base

ALSO goku's base form is LEAGUES stronger than it was in the frieza saga. After his fight with beerus it was said that his base absorbed the power of super saiyan god which drastically powered him up

its implied that goku's (Dragon ball super) base is stronger than ssj2/ssj3 goku (buu saga).
