super saiyan 2 is a 2x multiplier of super saiyan
super saiyan 3 is an 8x multipler of super saiyannow before we even start playing around with god ki we already have SSJ3 as a 400x multiplier of goku's base
ALSO goku's base form is LEAGUES stronger than it was in the frieza saga. After his fight with beerus it was said that his base absorbed the power of super saiyan god which drastically powered him up
its implied that goku's (Dragon ball super) base is stronger than ssj2/ssj3 goku (buu saga).
alright so that means goku is already at least 400x stronger than what he was in the frieza saga IN BASE
ok cool. i really dont know the multipliers of god ki BUT off rip bare minimum frieza would have to be stronger than goku's ssj3... so already frieza would have to have had to become at least 160,000x stronger......in 4 months...ok
