But OP was just telling me how this isnt hyperpop
im confused
It’s connected to hyperpop in a way with the producers and the overall scene but everything I posted on first page isn’t hyperpop
The people in here who bring up bladee are just exposing how lame they are
why do you have to subtweet me? for what bro
and i was genuinely curious but you never answered the questions i asked you, you completely swerved my post
Once the flows become familiar and you hear more from the artists I promise it will click
I've forced myself to listen to entire albums of this stuff bro, it's just childish nonsense. The only appeal it has is the visuals but the actual music is just flat out terrible.

“Hyperpop” rly doesn’t mean s***, it’s just what the current SoundCloud scene has been labeled, and at least some of this is definitely that lol.
Kinda cool tbh we all kinda grew up together from some young kids when Drake & Kendrick just started to get big, to us all f***ing heavy with the SC era early on and pushing Carti & Uzi who are now household names. And now most of us crossed over to KTT2 and we all listen to different things and grown into our own hobbies and other artforms that we discuss on here
just us now being old as s*** and being out of touch together
Beautiful

Lol you’re not the only one saying bladee it’s a lot of people dawg

Except none of us are "old" by real world standards. We're just seen as old by 15 year olds on KTT
Speak for yourself
its a fact that a lot of people been here for years and are now in their mid 20s and not as into all these new rappers as we were some years ago
there's nothing wrong with that, or with people who are still actively bumping these new artists and enjoying them
Lol you’re not the only one saying bladee it’s a lot of people dawg
That who let the dogs out really reminded me of bladee how does that make me lame
maybe this genre will take off but i doubt any of these artists will. all this music is heavily carried by the production. bby goyard was great but hes kinda regressed to ride the hype these newer guys are getting.
@tupacarti put us on decades ago mr man 😡
@tupacarti always ahead of the curve tbh

Rym is filled with sematary I can see him blowing up, all these artists have huge co-signs too, sheck Wes hit up meat computer to make a song recently for example
Ever thought that maybe this is all just trash and you have trash taste
Everything I was a fan of years ago has blown up so no
White people with music called “hoodrat song” no thanks (yes..I did listen...it’s a pass)

Hiphop always been a young mens sport
We not really old, but most of us are past this phase in life regarding new music. This for sure doesn't apply to everyone but the amount of threads i have seen in 2020 by people who said they (partly) lost their interest in music..
i agree with op tho, "hyperpop" is a lame title but there's a lotta great up and comers within it doing really creative stuff, some boring stuff but overall cool stuff from a lot of people,
