While not having the biggest filmography, James Cameron still managed to be one of the most successful filmmakers of all time. With Titanic and Avatar he even made two of the highest-grossing movies in history. But besides making a lot of money, his films also tend to be highly influential. The Terminator's impact on the science fiction and action genre is undeniable and the same can be said about Aliens.

Directed the greatest action movie of all time …titanic is a banger as well, I’m kind of apathetic towards the rest of his work if I’m being honest

Aliens is more action oriented than the first, which focuses on dread/atmosphere. Different movies actually in terms of feel

Both are classics, but Aliens definitely has more rewatchability.

I can’t f*** with the alien action in the first one, it undermines the atmosphere, it’s still a very good movie though

I mean it's a slow burner, but that was to keep things from being too slow/boring.

One of the greatest directors of action films. An artist with a high level of dedication. Not afraid to be romantic which is of course seen as a weakness by nerds who prefer cynicism rather than honesty and sincerity.
