REIGN (BLACK) - 8.5/10
Bro I really gave you the lowest score at first because I initially just saw the post about the Weezy-Kurt-Cudi combo and that was it. Luckily I came across the rest and it was one of my favorites. REIGN’s life is a movie - I especially like the part about stealing the wrong tapes. I think he’s gonna be a star.

DGP CHLOE (chloehotline) - 9/10
Crazy story, all the attributes line together well. Has the potential to be one of the great niche experimental artists of the 20’s.

SPACE (Spacely) - 8.5/10
SPACE’s f***ery has the potentially to make him a 6ix9ine-level social media presence and should be one of the most talked-about artists around, though Carti being kind of a quiet individual makes it a little hard to imagine it hitting that level. I’d like to see what Pharrell can do with him - I imagine his role is more of a guide for his music rather than just being a producer.

BA$QUIAT (Moka Beans) - 6/10
He’s got some nice attributes, but the backstory is honestly kind of bland and the I feel like Basquiat (the non-musical artist) is almost over-referenced and the dollar sign in the name is played out. But let’s see how it plays out.

Tube Corleone (youngtubesteak) - 8/10
I’m not a fan of NBA Youngboy but I can see his style working with a Memphis sound. Love the idea of a Three 6 Mafia-influenced artist being mentored by Birdman, though.

Jay Visionz (Jaykar) - 7.5/10
Nothing bad here, but nothing really eye-popping to me. Seems like a respectable young artist with some good attributes, though I have a little trouble believing he has a Prince-like personality. Sade as a mentor is cool though.

Just Want (Just Want) - 8/10
A great backstory, I quite like the slow-grind approach and his diverse musical taste should make for some interesting work from him. I have a lot of trouble believing that 6ix9ine would be his personality comparison though.

Kennedy Ross (423BABY) - 8/10
I respect you for not being scared of taking the industry plant route. Love Tame Impala as a mentor for Kennedy, and while it doesn’t seem like he has the most interesting personality, I think he has the potential to make some of the best music out of the new artists without too much bullshit clouding his path.

Big Baby Cam (02Shaq) - 7/10
Cam has lived a crazy life, so I’m sure he has a ton to talk about in his music. The problem with that is, I really have no idea what kind of music he is going to make as it wasn’t mentioned until the end of the story with little detail.
