I have to mention Alien Isolation for 2014. It’s dead even with Mario Kart 8 for me.

I’m a sucker for those choose your story games. If Mass Effect 2 wasn’t in 2010 probably would’ve picked Heavy Rain.

The janky controls and the final chapters dropped the game from a 9/10 to an 8.

FWIW I don’t think it ever beats GoW in 2018. Nothing does, really.
