I was there he walked from gas station to car lot . He purposefully put himself in an antagonistic situation. If he felt so strongly why not do the same at the Chicago looting ? There was 2 I was there for both and Kenosha . He knew Kenosha was more comfortable with him walking around with an assault rifle and on the off chance less accountability.

He was legally allowed to carry even if it was a violent protest. It also wasn't an assault rifle. If you think the laws should change thats one thing but he was legally in the right.

If you watch the video it was clearly self defense its sad people like you choose to be purposefully oblivious to actual video footage.

He purposely went out of his to put himself in a situation where he could use a deadly weapon and feel justified.

He recognized that tensions were high and some degree of violence would be likely during the protests, so he went there the intention of doing harm.

Just because there are unruly crowds doesn’t mean a teenager gets to deputized himself and open fire on a crowd of people. He was an instigator looking for an excuse to kill. All of these details matter, you don’t get to just hit play at the moment someone rightfully attacks a douchey kid for pointing a gun at innocent people. There was so much leading up to that moment that was ignored by the justice system. That was an injustice.

How did he go there with the intention of doing harm? Is bringing a weapon you are legally allowed to carry now make you at fault? What about all the other people with guns?

Tensions were high and many people were armed. You are allowed to open carry.
He didn't "open fire on a crowd of people". This isn't even close to what happened.

Besides not being there and not having a gun what do you think he should have done?

Yep only in Amerikkka bringing a weapon to a protest is a legal thing. In the past this type of behavior caused wars. Imagine he was a protester? I guess if youre a Nazi c***playing sheriff in this s***hole its allowed

Justice system is a f***in joke

I don’t like the kid but what were they supposed to get him on, he defended himself. Shouldn’t have been there imo but it’s not against the law to want to protect a business.

Crazy how we live in two America’s that would wield two different results for the same situation depending on who you are/background

but it’s not against the law to want to protect a business

    Vigilante justice isn't legal

  • Mar 19, 2022

If you say "yeah he shouldn't have been there BUT", you're missing the point. He's responsible for the fact that he was there for an illegitimate reason. It stops being self-defense at that point, it's not just about the final events in a vacuum.

It wasn’t vigilante justice tho, he got attacked and actually tried to reason with them. I watched the trial and idk what exactly you could stick him with. It was self defense and apparent he had family who owned a business there if I’m not mistaken.
Morally you can make a different arguement but legally i don’t see what he’s guilty of.

  • Mar 19, 2022

the only good thing that came from this trial is the prosecutor saying "but what did he do wrong? he said a bad word... he said the n word... tsk tsk tsk"

It's vigilante justice to "protect somebody else's property", which was the reason he was there in the first place.

Because he can't get a job anywhere. Him being in the public eye and making appearances for cash is the only way he will be able to make money.

Spreading this meme is literally only making his career longer.

As dumb as it is, the length of the barrel effected the gun charge and rendered that possible route null

He re-enacting seeing a dead body . I was there and that’s the first person I ever seen die . S*** was right outside a hospital too but they were on lockdown due to the shooting . People moved the body because they didn’t know what to do . He was shot in the head there was no chance . Yes he has a criminal record but in the moment no one like “ let’s search his criminal history “ . He is a human being . Would he d respected Kyle if he put down his gun and saw the body in person but I get it . But to clown his ptsd from seeing it in court when some of us actually saw it in person and ran from his gunfire thinking it was police is

That’s the actual video someone just green screened edited the court out he didn’t actually get dressed up and do this all over again
