But after seeing Tyler, Vince, and Kendrick all drop gems, I must say that LA rap reigns over everybody else…more specifically cities as prominent as Chicago and Atlanta (in terms of producing high quality rap music). I’d go as far as to say that LA should be the mecca in rap music.
Their s*** isn’t one dimensional
and it’s literally a pool of different — but the same time — great rappers/rap artists. - Roddy (despite him dropping a mid album, he’s still top 5 young rappers rn)

all La rappers sound the same. the last different soundingg ones was SOB at least in the context of west coast. I wish the sound was different. Back then we had YG and Problem which were totally different sounds in my opinion but now they sound the same
