Didn't see any of em except the first but I like that the 2020's is making people wanna do s*** like this.
Like I feel like hella s*** from the 90's gonna get sequels and continuations and hella artists from that time period gonna drop lol so they can say their career or movie series spanned from 19__ till 2020's.

also if someone were to ignore the subtle trans themes in the first movie they clearly wanted to go further with it with the character Switch.

yeah I remember hearing about the rumors with Lana early on but watching Bound and then realizing the trans themes in The Matrix allot of the signs were already there.

Revolutions is overhated. It's a great movie if you watched all the prequels, Animatrix, played the game with all the in-between footage and love Semiotics. Revolutions was more like Cloud Atlas and Jupiter Ascending. All the people that hated it usually didn't get what was going on and don't want to be as invested in who all the characters and places were and what they stood for. My prediction is 4 will go over those people's heads too because Wachowski films require you to be woke and realize how human beings create a simulation around themselves and most people just ain't woke enough. They will go into this expecting to be entertained and be fed predictable themes and characters. 🤷♂️

idk about all the woke part and s*** but ppl got mad because they werent spoonfed concepts and s*** like that, they wanted everything through clear dialogue and like loose obvious symbolism, i understand that it mightve dragged or became tedious at some point but if youre invested into the universe you cling onto them moments tbh
