Freeway scene is best action scene of all 3

Wasn't a fan of neo VS one smith with dbz flying, felt underwhelming after seeing him take on a million smith's In 2

Its like they had a rule of not actually hitting each other in that scene I am confused on why you would release that scene out of context too but

revolutions fight is simply epic because of music and drama build up behind it

I feel that. When I go rewatch that scene in Reloaded I really only watch it for Neo talking to the Oracle and Smith talking to Neo. It is interesting to see the concept of Smith spreading like a virus and Neo struggling but I don't get as much lingering engagement from the fight as I do the dialogue there.

Highway might be the best but I gotta think on that but I'm leaning towards yes

Honestly if they couldn't reach the standards of trilogy fights/action then they shouldn't even bothered. Just focus on the other stuff instead of exposing a weakness that couldn't be fixed due to budget/age. Half assed fights are going to look funny with the trilogy in the back of ppls minds

More smith is never a bad thing, I'm still pissed we didn't get a few scenes of him taking over the matrix and maybe interacting with the merovingian or the architect. An explanation for why the machines even cared about his take over would be nice too, was it compromising their ability to absorb the energy of the captive humans or something? Lol
