i don't have problem with landlords but these guys f***ing kidding themselves if they think being landlord is not risk free investment & it ain't real job (just like stock trading by yourself isn't a job)

Difficult tenants are a real thing..missing rent etc. especially if that’s your only income, missed rent can f*** things up
