Watched Casino Royal (2006)
Was my first James Bond movie and it was dope. Didn’t like the forced romance but since she was a double agent I guess it makes sense ? Really enjoyed the action and how cool/sleek everyone was. Damn near felt like watching a 2 hour cologne commercial lol. Villian could of been a tad bit better though. Was fun

this post stinks
Why

Why
Reading your post gave me an automatic stink face, that's all
I can understand the appeal of the movie, because it's feel good, has laughs and a nice actor pairing- but on reflection it's really manipulative garbage and the world would probably be a little bit better of a place if it were never made. No reason to say much beyond that since a thousand thinkpieces have already been written about the film's faults.
Just watched Have a Good Trip on Netflix
It was pretty fun, entertaining and easy watch.
Seeing new Anthony Bourdain and Carrie Fisher interviews was kinda bittersweet.
Dope but the skits were so unnecessary bruh
fun stuff
The Godfather Part 2 - 7/10
Overrated (like the first one) and overly long but still worth a watch
Long Shot - pretty enjoyable movie. Seth was annoying as hell the first 20 or 30 minutes, but all in all I liked it
Glad you enjoyed it. This is one movie I could not get into though, stoped when it was 30 mins left. Cube and Seth were funny though

It got better after the first act. I thought Seth was annoying as hell in the beginning. Like, his character was just insufferable lmao. But they tone it down as it goes on and it got funnier imo. I didn’t love it or anything just thought it was solid

get used to the romance aspect when watching other bond films, but honestly its a great spy/action series. the action sequences are amazingly choreographed and filmed.
Onward (Pixar).- Meh
Snowpiercer 2013- actually really good
i actually liked snowpiercer a lot too despite the criticism to the film.

Yeah I know for a fact the action isn’t gonna make me mind the romantic stuff all that much lol

I aint even gonna reply to that other fool but coming from DK.. Man what, overrated
This was a decent week. I didn't see anything spectacular, but there were some quite good films like the pair from Ang Lee as well as Corpus Christi. Rules of the Game was a nice blast from the past, though I'm overall not too hot on Jean Renoir. Pretty much all of the more cult favorites I watched did not hit at all for me.
Honey Boy (2019) 6.5
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) 8
Cloverfield (2008) 4
Brokeback Mountain (2005) 7.5
Battle Royale (2000) 5.5
The Rules of the Game (1939) 7
Once Upon a Time in Anatolia (2011) 7.5
Felt like Tarvoksky's Stalker taken through a police procedural lens, which works very well
The Beach Bum (2019) 5.5
I need to see Gummo at least before getting a better grasp on this film and the director in general
