Just finished wish dragon on Netflix and it was amazing

was gonna watch it cause I’m asian but wasn’t expecting it to be good

4,5/5 - relatable broken characters, great acting and phenomenal cinematography. More than lived up to the hype

Classic, definitely an homage to filmmaking and cinema, it’s the best acting performance of the 10s

pagnol's dialogue in the marseilles trilogy is ridiculously funny
had that archers' film at 3 but docked it half a star after thinking about it. quite disappointed tbh

also finally peeped the extended cut of Eva saw this 4 yrs ago at the jeanne moreau retrospective

The Departed is nuts

I love how it just feels like a story, it doesn’t feel like it’s meant to really challenge your beliefs or anything. It was just a really engaging movie.

The ending was kind bad though.

The Visit, was decent
