Yeah ending was good but I didn’t really feel connected to anything else happening on the screen, especially not for that runtime.
McCabe might be an ignorant b****** but he had style
Gomorrah movie
Fair ☠️, I prefer the depressing/cannibalizing nature of this to most mafia films & I love how it’s shot

With Gomorrah I used to really like that movie, haven't seen it in years tho. I remember diggin how it showed all aspects of mafia's control. Felt more like a crime syndicate then another Godfellas/Godfather flick.
Did you ever see Soderbergh's Traffic ? Another flick that had that cold calculated feel when it came to the d*** trade. Touched on all areas.
blade 3.5/5
i feel like modern superhero actors forget that theyre supposed to be playing comic book characters. wesley snipes clearly didn't. movie has so much style/heart
Titane. Whew. Really really enjoyed it. Hot af.
Julia Ducournau is so f***ing cool
Can’t wait to rewatch

Yeah I liked premise of being much more grounded, it’s closer to City of God and Menace II Society than those movies you mentioned, but I liked the characters in those much more. Maybe it’s because they(both the characters and the movie) are more hopeful while Gomorrah is just grim
Out at soderberg
