I never said I didn’t like it I just can’t stay awake for the whole thing
It’s actually one of my fave movies

In the Name of the Father - possibly 5/5
top tier performance from DDL might go down as my fave from him. The scene in the Scottish prison cell with the cassette and the one where he reacts to his father joining him were the highlights for me
West Side Story 8/10
Could be a 9 but I have personal issues that I rather not bring up.
But damn it was REALLY F***ING GOOD

I saw this in HS my teacher showed us, I literally was amazed. I love this film.
And yes my nerdy ass was in film club, so I got to watch this film in class than other films during club

Masterpiece
This movie was way sadder than I thought it would be. Francis really deserved better mane

They all did if we're being honest.
Like Eric is a scumbag now but we can tell from the scenes in the field that hes like that because he was broken by his circumstances. Those scenes are so beautiful though, top class filmmaking

inside llewyn davis 5/5
one of the movies that got me into movies. my favorite coen brothers. also that final sequence
also shoutout that guy on ktt1 who had the avy of llewyn and the cat
Cape Fear (1962). 4/5.
Is there a cast out there with a collection of deeper voices? Gregory Peck, Robert Mitchum, Telly Savalas
Harry Potter series for the first time. Read the books years ago and very pleasantly surprised at how well the handled it. They got a genuine emotional reaction from me and actually got me feeling all nostalgic
Very nice surprise since I thought I wouldn’t enjoy it as an adult
10/10

Beautiful, extremely underrated
One of the greatest movies about obsession

Had to rewatch this, one of my favorites and basically the definition of a flawed masterpiece
Everything from the start of the club scene to the end should've probably been cut in half and every character outside Vincent/Max/Annie is bad and the hospital detour is stupid af
With that said
The first gunplay scene
The coyote scene
The "What the f*** are you doing still driving a cab?" scene
The "Ten years from now? Man, you don't know where you'll be...ten minutes from now" scene
Beautiful, extremely underrated

one of the very, very few long movies i immediately wanted to rewatch after finishing it
lowkey hoping that 4 hour cut releases some day in the future and maybe also 4k
