Joker was alright, Uncut Gems amazing, Rambo was trash, I already saw Heaven Knows What, FFH and Venom, I enjoy them. Doctor Sleep is okay so far, I read the book in rehab

Lucy in the Sky - probably 8.5/10?

Was waiting for it to get bad (considering the negative criticism) but I feel like it delivered on its promise. Every actor delivered, Natalie Portman particularly, film had good atmosphere, the wide shots didn't bother me. I guess the first half could have been condensed (though any film over 2 hours should probably be shorter)

onto Joker next.

Starts off warm, mysterious, thrilling but takes a cold + depressing turn, pretty intense. Phenomenal acting from the two leads

Wild Rose 3.5/4. One of the ten best movies of the year. Such a shame it didn't get much recognition. Great soundtrack and a breakout performance from Jessie Buckley

so, Knives Out was so massively over-politicized it killed the film for me. an R rating too would have helped it. and Irish-Man is massively overrated that s*** was a snooze fest that did almost nothing to hold my attention. 7/10 for both
