Phantom of the paradise
10/10
Real, s*** a classic in every way. S*** sticks with you, leaves you feeling uneasy after that guitar riff and burning crow at the end
3.5/5 movie was crazy asf lol
Might actually be a 4/5
I’m interested to see this I know nothing about it

Go in blind for sure
like someone in love (2012)
yup. yuuppp. first 30 minutes truly special. everything after pretty great as well
2nd time that I ever consumed something from OP, I enjoyed it, was a bit long tho.
Insane watch. Wish I’d seen this on the big screen, might be up there with my fav releases of the year when it’s all said and done
Apocalypto one of the best action movies that's rarely talked about
I liked the characters descent into psychological breakdown but wasn't really a fan of the motivation (her love for Jan) behind it. It was also largely boring. 6/10
I need movie recommendations? Sometimes I want to watch something but I don’t know what lol

What genre bro? What’s a couple of your favorite movies?
Watch Red Rocket, it’s f***ing insane.
Movies i've seen in last month or so:
Tokyo Story (1953): Honestly can't rate this movie. It's executed perfectly and the message sticks with you but i can't say i was always super engaged while watching the movie.
Late Spring (1949): Setsuko Hara was really an amazing actress. 8-8.5/10
Bad 25 (2012): More in-depth about the song making process than i thought. 8/10
Godzilla (1954): 9/10
Millennium Actress (2001): Was a rewatch and it really is my favorite Kon movie 10/10
Violent Cop (1989): 8.5/10
Branded to Kill (1967): I can appreciate certain aspects about the film but overall it was too weird even for me 5.5-6/10
Desperado (1995): This one those entertaining 90s action movies where you can fall back and just enjoy it. 7/10
Boiling Point (1990): 7.5/10
Enter the Dragon
The Way of the Dragon
Both 3.5 or 4/5.
Very influential, but the films are far from perfect and are just downright goofy at times
Just saw blue velvet and twin peaks fire walk with me🤦🏿♂️
Wish I could get the hours back. S*** so terrible. How is the show so hyped. Deserved yo be cancelled
The Worst Person in the World (before I read the Letterboxd reviews trying to figure out why people liked the movie) - 1/10
