Beautiful movie. Probably one of Williams best performances though I’m not that familiar with his work. Highly recommended and one of the best I’ve watched in a while. This era of movies in the 90s - early 2000s where it was cool to be weird and artsy on a mainstream level was a super badass time for film making.
5/5
One of the best scenes from the movie. Gotta love the attention this probably brought to the franchise

Then why do they hate the lil mermaid and love Oppenheimer? Go on, enlighten us

Because Oppenheimer was just too great to hate on
And little mermaid deserved a 0% RT for being an obvious cash grab piece of s*** but the representation is why it got certified fresh
3.5/5
Story and dialogue were damn near unintelligible but the vibes elevate this movie. Great soundtrack too.
Made me nostalgic for the mid 2000s era action movies

Very convenient that the mountain of well received movies with a white cast are all just too good to hate on but even a passable score (for movies you havent even watched) is unearned if the cast is diverse. You're sure it's the critics who're blinded by identity? I'm sure there's no projection of neuroses here.
