  • Jessie Buckley is a national treasure

    7.5/10

  • Monty Python and the Holy Grail

    3.5/5

Gleefully goofy with a memorable, rousing score, and some very British humor, so if that's your wavelength, you might like this.

I'm guessing this was revolutionary when it came out. Some moments were more amusing than others.

This came out in 1977, a stacked year for movies, but in a sense, this was a hidden gem. It is visually STUNNING, and the soundtrack is INCREDIBLE. The plot is absolute nonsense, however, and the film's 2nd act is bogged down by exposition but it gives context to the story, basically setting up the batshit final act.

Rewatched Alien It reminded me the sauce Ridley Scott had got me rewatching blade runner

It's crazy how there is no one creating Sci-Fi on the level from the 1900s. You have Denis but it always feeling like theres something missing from his Sci-Fi movies outside of Blade Runner 2049. Even with all the technology it really does feel like there is a struggle in understanding what make those Sci-fi movies so good from the 1900s.

Had a little edible cookie with it and by the half hour mark it made me feel like I was on mushrooms, one of the weirdest things I ve seen in quite some time. That creepy ass music, and Mark Ruffalo was f***in hilarious

Emma stone was good for sure but (I'd have to watch all the other nominees performances) I wonder if this was like when Halle berry won where they re rewarding her for f***ing all these hideous dudes on camera lol

Watched this off an edible too and it was one of my biggest mistakes ever had me questioning every aspect of my life in the theatre
